My Challenge

I was always a teacher, born to teach. When I was offered post of educational administrator in a prestigious college of teacher education, I accepted the challenge, though I had never liked regular file work and financial aspect of managing things.

Strategy Challenge

Keen interest in Learning and exploring kept me going. I learnt from former principal's experiences, personally attending to details of day to day administration and well thought of decision making. Sincerely trying your hand at new things also makes you successful.
